Mentorship programs

I.M.P.A.C.T's upcoming career trajectory programs will connect our members with other marginalized and like-minded organizations in order to support and nurture the careers of the next crop of producers of Afro-descent and that identify as a Black person.  By tapping into the wealth of Canadian Black mentors that already exist and pairing them with the next class of Afro-descent and those who identify as Black producers of all intersectional identities, I.M.P.A.C.T will ensure the baton is passed in a smooth way to ensure a furious new era of Black Excellence is ushered in.
